WHO WE SERVE
WHAT WE DO
Research shows that the main reasons acquisitions fail is because the acquirers overpaid or the business targeted unattractive markets. This also applies to mergers, which also fail due to poor integration of the acquirer and target. On the buy-side, we work on behalf of prospective purchasers to evaluate the financial and commercial prospects and risks of the target company and assist in identifying the potential for these causes of failure.
On the sell-side, we work on behalf of owners of companies by conducting vendor due diligence prior to commencing the sale process in order to highlight the factors (good and bad) that are likely to have a material effect on the price ultimately received for the company.
